About us

•     Michael has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 30 years. He has Master of Pharmacy and PhD degrees, the last is in organic chemistry.

•     His professional career began as a university lecturer and researcher in the area of forensic chemistry. Also today Michael is being an external university lecturer. 

•     He is experienced and skilled in various analytical methods development and implementation (HPLC/UHPLC, GC, Electrophoresis, LC-MS; Molecular and Atomic Spectroscopy; Wet Chemical Analysis etc.).

•     He has a deep knowledge in chemical and pharmaceutical processes, GMP and ISO regulation, Pharmacopoeias, Laboratory Instrumentation, Process Analytical Technology (PAT), Quality Business Systems, Policies and SOPs.

•     Michael has lead research and development groups and departments, Quality Control laboratories, the network of laboratories in the global pharmaceutical company being responsible not only for management and coordination but directly involved in problems solving and improving the processes and efficiency / productivity (staff professionalism, service level, regulatory compliance, IT systems, data integrity, cost effectiveness etc.)

•     From 2018 Michael is running a consultancy business (AequitaLab Ltd.) providing services to pharmaceutical, cosmetics, environmental and other companies.

•     Michael has 14 scientific publications and 12 patents.
